I’ve always believed that transformation begins with nourishment—of the body, the mind, and the places where we root ourselves. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the intersection of food, wellness, and human behavior. Not because I chose it early, but because it’s the life I’ve lived, studied, and refined for decades.
I’m the kind of person who finds joy in farmers markets, whole ingredients, seasonal rhythms, and slow rituals. I’m also the kind of person who thrives in systems, structure, and clarity. Rooted Horizons is where those two sides of me—creative nourishment and strategic transformation—finally meet.
I hold a Bachelor’s in Marketing and a Master’s in Organizational Development, which means I’m trained in human behavior, motivation, change, and the psychology of growth. Before launching Rooted Horizons, I spent more than 30 years in leadership, customer success, operations, program design, and corporate coaching. I built programs, led teams, created learning ecosystems, and helped people and organizations transform through structure, clarity, and intentional action. This taught me something essential:
People don’t change because they’re inspired — they change because they’re guided.
I do not promote fad diets or quick fixes.
I teach people how to nourish themselves, truly and sustainably.
I started Rooted Horizons because I saw two needs being overlooked:
